Boys & Girls Age Divisions: 2nd Grade to High School
3 Game Minimum – Awards presented to Division Champions

Registration Cost $100 per team  (5 player max per team)

Tentative Schedule: Sat. March 27th
2nd-5th grades: 8am-1 pm
6th-8th grades: 12-5 pm
9-12th grades: 4-9 pm

Registration Deadline: Sunday March 21, 2010

To register, all teams will need to submit a completed hard-copy Application Form.

Payment may be made with a check with your registration, using PayPal or by phoning in with your credit card. Please fax completed Application Form to 972-421-1574 to hold your spot.
